Neil has a BEng/MEng in Electronics, Communications & Software Systems Engineering from Bradford University (1987 thru 1991). Throughout his career he has sought to maintain a broad range of skills and experience in the high-technology sectors; not wishing to get tied down into just one niche area.
Experienced in the analysis & design of large-scale, complex, hardware systems, software components, their implementation, integration & operation, Neil is an individual capable of applying his skills to provide appropriate solutions to whatever problem is presented, no matter the domain.
A proponent of small team sizes & rapid-prototyping; iterating toward design solutions with the close-coupled involvement of the customer at all stages. These help to ensure that customer requirements are well understood from the earliest stage, solutions are of a high-quality & the end-result has the greatest chance of hitting the right mark.
